Jeannette Hill

Upon receiving a Management Major and Psychology Minor from the College of Saint Benedict, Hill was recruited into the Management Training Program for Dayton's Department Stores. Throughout her 15 years with the organization she served in several management roles including senior management in human resources and operations, and in the corporate headquarters in Store Planning and Forecasting. In 2002, Hill joined her husband at Cook Hill Girard where she was responsible for developing and implementing several management, human resources and client systems for the firm.

At Hill Capitol Strategies, Hill utilizes her strong organizational skills to manage the many duties outside of the Capitol's four walls. Her responsibilities include managing compliance with Minnesota's Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board, overseeing client bill tracking, contracts, legal compliance and scheduling. Hill also manages individual grassroots programs and Day on the Hill scheduling and logistics, for clients looking for those services.
